You are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.
My coach training offers this beautiful phrase. This concept is a differentiator between coaching and other modalities that might be looking to diagnose, treat, heal, or fix you. There is nothing broken here. You’ve got this.
What shifts in your life if you believe this about yourself? About your partner, your kids, your colleagues, your friends?
We’ve got this. No one is broken; no one needs fixing. And you don’t have to wait until you earn it, or until something has shifted, something has changed, or something is fixed. You get to grow and thrive in any way you choose. Right now.
A coach helps to hold the space for you to reflect on what you truly want, how you want to contribute, and what meaningful difference you want to make in the world. A coach is never here to fix you. Why? Because you don’t need fixing.
